This two-sided document is a list of personal effects confiscated upon imprisonment from the Roman Catholic priest Ioan Baltheizer. This is a typical document found in all penal files. The list shows how his clerical identity, that was represented by several objects, was confiscated by the prison officers. He brought with him a prayer book and a religious services book, an Epitrachelion (stole) and prayer beads. These objects were confiscated. The reverse side of the document lists the objects that remain in possession of the prisoner, constituting several articles of clothing.
This document comes from the file CNSAS, P73, volume 3. The volume contains the prison documentation for Father Ioan Baltheizer after his imprisonment in 1953.

Acest document față verso este o listă a obiectelor personale confiscate la intrarea ân închisoare de la preotul romano-catolic Ioan Baltheizer. Acesta este un document tipic găsit în toate dosarele penale. Lista arată cum identitatea sa clericală, reprezentată de mai multe obiecte, a fost confiscată de ofițerii închisorii. A adus cu el o carte de rugăciune și o carte de slujbe religioase, un epitrahil (stolă) și metanii de rugăciune. Aceste obiecte au fost confiscate. Pe reversul documentului sunt enumerate obiectele care rămân în posesia prizonierului, constituind mai multe articole vestimentare.
Acest document provine din dosarul CNSAS, P73, volumul 3. Volumul conține documentarea prezenței în închisoare a părintelui Ioan Baltheizer după arestarea sa în 1953.
